Formed By the Best

A phenomenal staff exhibits their commitment to excellence daily. Going above and beyond is a hallmark of what they do to ensure your child thrives!

  • As recognized leaders in the Archdiocese in curriculum and assessment development, our staff serve as panelists, consultants, and mentors to other schools.
  • In the last five years, awards received by St. Justin staff include an NCEA National Distinguished Teacher of the Year, Archdiocesan Distinguished Principal of the Year, four Emerson Excellence in Teaching Awards, and five Cardinal Burke Teacher of the Year Awards.
  • All full time staff are state certified, while several hold Masters degrees, dual advanced degrees, and one holds a doctoral degree.
  • Specialists, such as a Learning Consultant, Counselor, and Registered Nurse assist with student academic, social, emotional, and health-related needs. No matter what the gift or challenge, we work as a team with the child, with parents, and with outside agencies to ensure success.
  • Teacher Aides and Learning Aides at all levels assist students and teachers, lowering the staff to student ratios.
