We embrace a faith-filled culture. St. Justin Martyr School is a vibrant, Catholic faith community that offers daily living witness to the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Church. Through daily prayer and twice weekly mass attendance students foster their prayer life. Students actively participate in the mass – they proclaim the readings, sing in the choir and participate in several special event masses throughout the year.
We offer a variety of opportunities to build both new and familiar Catholic traditions. Kindergarteners act out the Nativity at Christmas; third graders become Saints each year in November, our Pastors conduct a “Pet Blessing” in October, and of course, the second graders and eighth graders complete a year-long preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation. Religious activities flourish throughout the year, such as the Living Rosary, Stations of the Cross, Passion Play, Liturgical music programs, Veteran’s Day Mass, and Prayer Partners.
Meaningful service opportunities are offered and integrated into the curriculum. Each grade sponsors a service project every month, with the students providing all the education and “marketing” for the determined need. In summary, our Catholic Identity remains the primary reason parents send their children to our school. Make an appointment to visit our school and experience the transformation yourself!
